I teach you the foundations and traditions of yoga and help you create and deepen your practice. I provide teachings and tools for all humans. No matter your level. I help you yoga.
New to Yoga or want to deepen your practice with your own personal yoga teacher and guide.
I offer Yoga. The Foundations of Yoga and the 8 Limbs, Asana, Breath, and Meditation. Teaching and guiding you through the foundations and practices of each limb. You will be able to implement your practice off the mat.

In the virtual studio I have curated several types of content that will help you and assist you in learning and building your practice. I have spent hours and will continue to spend hours creating valuable content that will help you deepen your practice. For beginners or anyone getting back into yoga I will break down the 8 Limbs of yoga and guide you through the foundations and traditional practices of each. Each video, class and lesson is broken down in a thoughtful manner so that everyone can easily follow and practice.
I offer several modalities of yoga restorative, Hatha, Vinyasa, and a combination of each.
I also offer guided Breath and Meditation practices. As well as the modifications and assists to accommodate your mind and body where you are during your practice.
In the studio you will have access to my educational content and much more.
I have a variety of authentic content that I have created with you in mind.
Including yoga history and foundation lessons, guided asana practices, guided breath-work practice, and guided meditations accessible to all.
